Members may register a Childcare Provider (nanny, au pair, sitter, relative, etc.) during the spring/summer season. Childcare Provider access will not be granted to any member whose child(ren) are over the age of 12 years, unless special circumstances exist, and the request is approved by the General Manager.

Childcare Provider Rules:
1. A childcare provider is only allowed at the club when accompanying a member’s child(ren).
2. A childcare provider must register themselves and the member’s child(ren) at the pool office on arrival at the club.
3. A childcare provider is not allowed to bring their relatives, friends, or guests to the club.
4. A childcare provider must obey all club rules. It is the member’s responsibility to review the club rules with their childcare provider(s) before they come to the club.
5. A childcare provider may only enter the main pool when accompanying a child that require(s) a personal flotation device.
6. A childcare provider is not allowed access to the tennis courts.
