The Roxbury Aquatics program offers competitive teams, children’s group instructional clinics, private adult and children’s lessons, lap swimming, water aerobics and recreational swimming and diving.

Swim | Dive | Water Polo
Roxbury’s aquatics teams have had a long winning tradition in the Fairfield County Swim League (FCSL), but more importantly a long history of fun for children between the ages of 7 and 17. Our experienced coaching staff provides programs for the development of excellent technique, physical strength and conditioning, personal growth, and sportsmanship at all levels. Each team has a wide range of ability among its members. Team functions including pep rallies, pizza parties, and an end of season awards event.
Swim Instruction
Private and group swim lessons and clinics are available for potty-trained children ages 3+. Adult lessons are also available.
Dive Instruction
Private and group spring board lessons are available for children and adults. Participants must be able to swim with confidence in 12 feet of water.
Artistic Swimming Instruction
Artistic swimming classes are available for children ages 7+ who love to dance and are comfortable in the water. Classes are held both in the pool and on the deck.
Lap Swimming
Traditional lap swimming in designated lanes is available for members of all ages.
Water Aerobics Classes
Roxbury’s water aerobics classes are a fun, low impact workout that will improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and tone muscles with minimal impact on joints. Our experienced instructor, Dina Savitt, offers free classes on several Saturday mornings during the summer.
